At Bashar, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below.
All products purchased from bashar.pk can be exchanged within 7 working days of purchase only if:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to us at bashar.clothing22@gmail.com or by calling us at 03291557997, in case you want to raise a dispute.
Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at bashar.clothing22@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
Conditions Where Exchange Is Not Possible
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

The product is damaged because of use.

The product has been tampered with.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed online only.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
Bashar reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
